- Check out the space, pay the rent and move your stuff in.
- All of our units are drive up. You can back a vehicle right up and unload your items.
- We’re open from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. The gates are usually padlocked, but you’ll get the code.
- You provide the padlock for your unit, and you keep the keys.
- We don’t have access unless something goes wrong.
- Only you and anyone you give permission to will have access to the unit. Let us know if you’re going to share the unit.
- We accept cash in Pesos, along with Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, debit card or bank transfer. We don’t accept checks or credit cards.
- Payment is due the 1st of the month and we will pro-rate partial months.
- We currently do not require a deposit.
- Contracts are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
- 1/8 Container Units, approx. 35 sq. ft. for $55/month
- 1/4 Container Units, approximately 75 sq. ft. for $85/month
- 1/2 Container Units, approximately 150 sq. ft. for $155/month
- Full units, approximately 300 sq. ft. for $3000/month.
- Most units have a single, wide door. Some have extra wide double doors, perfect for driving in ATVs, side-by-sides and motorcycles.
- We can accommodate trailers, boats, cars in some of the units.
- We also offer surface parking for vehicles, boats, trailers and RVs. We charge $50/month for a standard parking space. More for bigger things.
- Anything that’s legal, won’t spoil, attract pests, smell bad, or catch fire.
- Gas or other fuels should be properly stored and vented.
- Nothing Illegal. Nothing stolen, or things that might involve an ownership dispute.
- Household items, cars, trucks, RVs, ATVs, motorcycles, etc.
- The units are maritime containers. They are meant to be pretty resistant to weather, water and pests, but they are not 100% waterproof or pest proof.
- We have hurricanes and tropical pests that are impossible to stop, so plan accordingly.
- We recommend using tubs and racks and wrapping your items properly to assure they are well cared for.
- We have treated all our containers with reflective paint to keep the inside temperatures as cool as possible. The average temperature inside a treated unit is 5⁰ F hotter than the ambient temperature.
- We don’t. It’s up to you to properly store things in the units.
- We rent units, so use your best judgement to determine if the unit works for your needs, and what you can and should store in the container and onsite.
- An internet-connected 24-hour security cam watches the gate and yard.
- There is no manager onsite. There is a resident caretaker, but they are not employees or managers.

- The units themselves form a big wall.
- The yard is gated with chain link and barbed wire.
- We have a couple of dogs living onsite. Don’t worry, they are well cared for. They are not vicious, but they do alert.
