- Check out the space, pay the rent and move your stuff in.
- All of our units are drive up. You can back a vehicle right up and unload your items.
- We’re open from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. The gates are usually padlocked, but you’ll get the code.
- You provide the padlock for your unit, and you keep the keys.
- We don’t have access unless something goes wrong.
- Only you and anyone you give permission to will have access to the unit. Let us know if you’re going to share the unit.
- We accept cash in Pesos, along with Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, debit card or bank transfer. Credit Cards are accepted with an additonal fee.
- Payment is due the 1st of the month and we will pro-rate partial months.
- We currently do not require a deposit.
- Contracts are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
- Single units. Approximately 40 sq. ft. for $60/month
- Double units. Approximately 80 sq. ft. for $95/month
- We no longer offer larger sizes or full containers. Sorry.
- Most units have a single, wide door. Some have extra wide double doors, perfect for driving in ATVs, side-by-sides and motorcycles.
- We can accommodate trailers, boats, cars in some of the units.
- We are no longer offering vehicle parking. Sorry.
- Anything that’s legal, won’t spoil, attract pests, smell bad, or catch fire.
- Gas or other fuels should be properly stored and vented.
- Nothing Illegal. Nothing stolen, or things that might involve an ownership dispute.
- Household items, ATVs, motorcycles, etc.
- The units are maritime containers. They are meant to be pretty resistant to weather, water and pests, but they are not 100% waterproof or pest proof.
- We have hurricanes and tropical pests that are impossible to stop, so plan accordingly.
- We recommend using tubs and racks and wrapping your items properly to assure they are well cared for.
- We have treated all our containers with reflective paint to keep the inside temperatures as cool as possible. The average temperature inside a treated unit is 5⁰ F hotter than the ambient temperature.
- We don’t. It’s up to you to properly store things in the units.
- We rent units, so use your best judgement to determine if the unit works for your needs, and what you can and should store in the container and onsite.
- An internet-connected 24-hour security cam watches the gate and yard.
- There is no manager onsite. Manager lives full time ten minutes away.

- Access to the property entry is through a secure gate. Access on to the property is gated as well.
- The yard is gated with chain link and barbed wire.
